Our story began on the ancient Silk Road, where goods and trust travelled the same routes. What started as a small trading business has grown, over more than a century, into a diversified international group with operations and investments across multiple markets.

We opened our first store in Andkhoi, Faryab Province, in 1910. From those beginnings, successive generations expanded the business into wholesale, petroleum, commercial banking, construction, real estate and investments. Today, our presence extends from Afghanistan across the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Türkiye, supported by partnerships and relationships that reach further across the region and beyond.

Trade has always crossed borders. So must the standards by which we conduct it.

Wherever we operate, we hold ourselves to the same principles: honesty, accountability, equality and transparency. These values, handed down through generations, continue to guide our relationships, our decisions and our corporate governance. Markets and customs may differ; our principles do not.
